Camp Orbit RV Park & Campground Software

Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Camp Orbit ("Camp Orbit," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using camp-orbit.com or the Camp Orbit app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a park or business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. The Service and your account

Camp Orbit is operations software for RV parks and campgrounds: reservations, sites, payments tracking, maintenance, housekeeping, tasks, a camp store, rentals, guest booking pages, and related tools. The Service is for business use by park owners and their staff. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

4. Your data and your park

You own the park and guest information you enter into the Service. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display that information solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for having the right to provide guest information to us.

Camp Orbit is a software tool, not a park operator. You remain responsible for your park: your rates and policies, your taxes (including any lodging or occupancy taxes), permits, safety, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.

5. Guest payments

Guest payments are between the guest and your park. Each park uses its own Stripe payment link in its booking page; payments are processed by Stripe directly to the park. Camp Orbit does not receive, hold, or control guest funds and is not the seller of any guest's stay. A "Card" record in the camp store simply records the payment method used for the park's own bookkeeping.

6. Operations suggestions

The Service can surface suggestions and flags generated from your park's data (for example, unpaid balances or scheduling conflicts). These are aids only, generated automatically, and may be incomplete or wrong. Review each one before acting on it. Decisions about your park remain yours.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to send spam, to interfere with the Service or other customers' use of it, to attempt to access another customer's data, or to resell the Service itself. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that it will be error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result, revenue, or occupancy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camp Orbit's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. In no event are we liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Orbit from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs brought by a third party that arise from your park's operations, your guests, the information you enter into the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law. This does not cover claims that arise from Camp Orbit's own wrongdoing.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violations of these Terms, with notice where practical. After termination, you can download an export of your park's data in the app (Park Settings, under Your information); to have your park's data deleted, contact us.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where practical, notified by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law, disputes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in Missouri under Missouri law, rather than in court, and you and Camp Orbit each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. Either side may still use small claims court for a dispute that qualifies, and either side may ask a court for emergency relief to prevent immediate harm. If this arbitration paragraph is found unenforceable for a dispute, that dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Missouri. Questions about these Terms: [email protected].
